Bolster 0 Posted November 5, 2003 I saw a one liner in the forum somewhere that implied there is no haynes manual for corrados. Eeek. Is this true? are there any other similar sort of books available? from the US perhaps? If this is true I'm even happier I've found "The Forum". :D :D Now the proud owner of a dark blue C VR6. (but needs some minor DIY repairs).

allstaruk 0 Posted November 6, 2003 You can get a manual for the vr6 and the g60 by bently, the 2l 16 is almost indentical to the golf mk2 1.8 16v just a taller block, the passat manual is very similar to a 2l 16v just running a diffrent engine manigment system. You just have to be creative.

vr6storm 0 Posted November 6, 2003 have a look here http://corrado.atx-hosting.co.uk/viewtopic.php?t=2278 this is a decent enough book to cover all VR6 engines inc the Corrado ABV........though it only is about the engine and associated electrics and isn't really a Corrado handbook as such
chrishill 0 Posted November 6, 2003 workshop manuals pop up on ebay from time to time, and i picked up a haynes manual style book covering the Corrado/golf/polo from halfords for £5! its not 'that' great but it covers the basics. Cant remember the title...i'm sure there was some womans name on it.
Fine wine, Belgian chocs. 1 Posted November 6, 2003 Lindsey Porter. It's known as a 'Porter' manual and Lindseys actually a bloke though, unfortunately.
