Smoked rear lights - what colour bulbs?

I need to tint spray a set of rear clusters black (not on the corrado.. :) ) and need to know what colour bulbs to use, so that they all still look correct.

I've used the search, and it looks like all the topics are about tinting clusters red, which is no help really

 

Can anyone give me some suggestions?

Just keep them standard- it's surprising just how much they still shine through when tinted (in the correct colour too).

Could well be wrong but i would have thought that the dark tint spray is essentially just making the colour darker....you'll just need the standard bulbs.

Just sprayed and fitted mine and can 100% confirm that you do not need to worry about your bulbs at all!
