dutchboy 0 Posted September 13, 2007 hi mate. It's a 1993 16v. I dont think i've got any switches and lights in the middle, just the heater controls. I have front/rear fog lights and heated rear screen switches on that little panel just to the left of the steering wheel.
Critical_Mass 10 Posted September 13, 2007 I think i've got one of these "mysterious" connector blockes behind the dash too. But mines a 93 Vr. It'll be interesting to know what its for.

dutchboy 0 Posted September 24, 2007 Hooray (kind of) I've found out what it is!!! It should be connected to the ABS light on the dash. Trouble is now i've connected it my ABS light is on. Thats the next problem to fix. Who said buying a corrado was a good idea??!!
andy 0 Posted September 25, 2007 Hmmm I wonder why that was disconnected then! Good luck..
cata 0 Posted November 3, 2007 Ah! The old ABS disconnect trick. The PO pulled this trick on me and found out about it almost half a year later. It really explained why my brakes were loosing assistance half the time. It turned out to be just a damaged connector on the ABS sensor. Get your car scanned for codes. There has to be something at fault.
