AdamjVR6 0 Posted October 1, 2007 Hi there peeps, just a quick hello from me! Just got my 1st corrado, went straight into the deep end and bought a VR6 with a brand new engine fully built by TSR in bridgewater 8) Having previously owned a MK2 CRX Vtec it seems pretty fast but in a totally different way  Anyway, hopefully ill get along to some meets and get some tech knowledge built up after been on CRX-UK for 5 years i know how valuable owners clubs are :) oh well, here are a few pics i took in the rain today:

AdamjVR6 0 Posted October 1, 2007 Nice fella any ideas what you going to do first with it?? Drive it. I grew out of modding with my CRX. Other than performance and wheels/suspension (which this car already has ) im not fussy. It was rolling roaded at 230bhp with all the head work so its pretty pokey. could do with a good aftermarket manifold though, has a downpipe back system of some sort, and CAT's suck
Jim 2 Posted October 1, 2007 What the heck has it had done to the head to free up an extra 40 horses?! Looks like a very nice car indeed but i'd be a tad sceptical of those figures if I were you!

Looks like a very nice car indeed but i'd be a tad sceptical of those figures if I were you! Has all the reciepts from tim stiles where it had a BRAND new engine put in when the car was at 95k and as they had the bare bits there it had their £2k package, basically some pretty mean valvetrain gear and flow bench testing and a remap of some kind.im not all that uop on my VW as im more a jap man but im just relaying what i have be told. i thought the rolling road up there may be a little generous but i took my crx from 150bhp to 171bhp with only a full exhaust,CAI and remapped ECU :) be nice to get it rolling roaded at alan jefferies where i took my crx i guess. It only has 5K on the new lump so im taking it a little easy for a few more miles! Car was sat for 3 years in a garage too so gotta flush all fluids too. joys of owning an old car :?

AdamjVR6 0 Posted October 3, 2007 yeah it came with that!! Came with a list of what it needs doing too  central locking locks then unlocks straight after elec mirrors not working sometimes when you use the clutch at a junction etc it just decides to stall :? umm thats about it not too bad for an old banger i guess, just hope its as reliable as my old honda was 8)
