What bolts to the bolts on the right suspension turret?

Just removed my K&N 57i induction kit to swap for a standard airbox.

 

The induction kit was already fitted when I bought the car. I unbolted the filter support (part of the k&N kit) from the two bolts circled in red in the image. Now there is nothing bolted to them - should there be something bolted to them?

 

Am I missing something? they are pretty hefty just to do nothing?

carbon canister valve should go ther unless its ben dumped/.
