My Corrado History - New wheels, new pics

Now that I'm on my 3rd Corrado I thought I'd post some pics of what I've had so far. Starting with the Storm (which I still miss), the VR I only had for a few months until I finally bought the 24v from Stan!

Too right I'm enjoying her! Not had a chance to go anywhere for some good pics yet plus I'm hoping to tint the rear lights before I do 8) . Oh and I'll probably change the grill if I can find one.

Have a word with cymru-corrado as he has ny old colour coded one with the badge, he may do a swap???

What size wheels those as well on the attached pic stan, as thats pretty much what i had in mind stance wise/wheel - height combo, maybe a tad and i mean a tad lower.

Not sure on those lights. Have a spare set of standard lights so going to tint them and see what they're like.

Not that much planned yet as bit skint. Cosmetic changes first including the rear tints, original grill (with 24v badge?), badges back to silver (maybe?), red calipers (maybe?), change the rest of the internel leds to red including the clocks and new mats (with 24v badge?). Fancy sorting the air intake/filter soon. Eh, after that I might think about new wheels or even some sort of LSD to help put the power down better but not looked into that yet. That'll be after Christmas anyway. Further (well further) down the line there's the obvious choice of turbo or supercharger :shock: ! Need to save the pennies for that!?

 

Any suggestions welcome of course.

Did you speak to Cymru-corrado re the grille James?

 

Forgot about the clocks too tbh, doh!! They were red and blue, but I forgot to re-dothem after Andy fitted the new ones.

 

The mirror switches are a pain in the arse to change, as is the sunroof switch, hence I never got around to them. I was also going to fit some led cable (cant remember the proper name) inside the an controls too to light it up nice and bright red.

 

You still got the laminex film for the lights? May be worth trying it, however I'd say dark tints on the top would suit it better 8)

He wants to keep the grill which is fair enough. Don't worry about the clocks as it gives me something to do. I'm gonna try the red tints as they look pretty nice against the blackberry which isn't that different. I may be wrong of course and decide against it!

Look for Peanuts car (he had it before Cymru-corrado) it had red tints on it, and its a DBP mate. It did look really good too.
