Badge removal and smoothed rear?

Removal of bump strips?

Smoothed mirrors?

Colour coded rear numberplate recess?

There isn't much else you can do really apart from smoothed front bumper a la US stylee or maybe removing side repeaters?

Hi there, sorry to hear about your misfortune, keep thinking of the end result mate it will be worth it. Inlet manifold looks tops, i started mine yesterday using wire wheel and WD 40, what do you recommend? Also the cam cover is a horrid yellowish colour, how did you get yours in such top condition? Best of luck, the Diesel Junior

the intake was polished up using a angle grinder with a sanding dask attatched

done all over to smoothe all the casting marks off

then with a air grinder with a sanding wheel and wire brush go over it all again

then a air orbital sander with two grades of paper

then by hand with wet and dry again worked in vairing grade of paper

once this is done i did a three stage polishing with compounds and air drills ect come as a big kit my dad got for our other project car

then a buff up with some chrome/alloy pollish and its done

phew didnt realise how big the gig was i have another post with the entire projet and more pics of the finished engine bay

go to http://www.the-corrado.net/.archive/forum/viewtopic.php?f=11&t=62465

and i have stuck a couple more pics on here
