quick offset question

i tryed a search but theres so many posts,if an et 35 wheel has a 10mm spacer fitted is it now et 25 or 45?

im changing my bent borbet cs to keskin kt1s im goin to order them tommorow i wouldnt mind them been 10 mm closer or so to the arch than the borbets that are et 35 and 7.5 wide like the borbets so what offset kt1s do i want?
