volksweapon 0 Posted October 20, 2007 Would it be possible to put a set of 17 x 8 on the front of a Corrado, and 17 x 9 on the rear? Obviously you'd need coil overs, but is this at all possible, and what kind of arch work etc would be required? I'm just trying to do something different, and I'd love a proper fat set of rims :D
yorkshireone 0 Posted October 20, 2007 17x8 shouldn't be any problem, might need the rear arches rolling to get the 9's on though depending on the offset :?
mrbeige 0 Posted October 20, 2007 17 x 9s on the back will definately need arch work on the back whether you drop it or not. I'd imagine you'd need some sort of flaring so that size!
volksweapon 0 Posted October 23, 2007 Thanks for the info guys, the offset of the rims I'm looking at is et 35, will this be ok?
yeti 0 Posted October 29, 2007 i've seen 17X9's on the back of a c before (think it was ex premier of northamptons dragon green one on porsche wheels if that rings a bell?) had some proper pulling and rolling of the arches but should look awesome :-) arch pulling usually cracks the paint so you'd need a respray as far as i'm aware? (someone whos done it will be able to confirm)
jackflash 0 Posted November 1, 2007 When I enquired about getting Keskins in a 17x8.5 fitment everywhere I tried said I'd need arch work front and rear
