Exhaust late to early fitment possible?

Hi is it possible to fit an early miltek cat back exhaust to a late bar type car? If i was to change the rubbers and hangers that bolt on to the underside of the car? The car is a 1992 g60 with a cat and is the later bar type.

ive done this, all i done was spin the middle bar round(bar type) an hooked it on there, then used existinting brackets an drilled em out an fitted a 100mm bolt across them with 'o' rubbers holding exhaust on. Bit fiddly tbh. ill try an get some pics on the weekend if you like.

Hi, these arnt great pics,sorry, but you get the idea. i know it looks abit bodged( :oops: ) but its solid!! like i say, it is abit fiddly but would be easyer with two sets of hands. any questions feel free to ask :D
