h51mon 0 Posted November 16, 2007 Quick question fella's .Is there anywhere other than Maindealer to buy touch up pens? Reason being they say they dont recognise the paint code for Sherry Pearl(LC2U) and cannot order me one.... Any suggestions..
VR6 South 0 Posted November 16, 2007 I believe Hafrauds make touch up paint to order. If yo do a search there's also somewhere on the internet who sell by mail order.
Critical_Mass 10 Posted November 16, 2007 be warey of halfords though. I got an inca blue touch up from halfords and it wasnt really that close of a match, Quite a bit darker. Though this could have been put down to the age of the paint on the car, but inca blue isnt that dark anyway.
h51mon 0 Posted November 17, 2007 Thanks guys will check them out.Not sure if I trust Halfrauds though the staff dont inspire me with confidence if you know what I mean..
Critical_Mass 10 Posted November 17, 2007 know exactly what you mean. If only they were really like what you see on the sponsor during Topgear advert break
curph 0 Posted November 17, 2007 I'm more concerned by the fact that the dealer doesn't recognise Sherry Pearl (mainly cos that's the colour of mine!!)
Supercharged 2 Posted November 19, 2007 £2 in Halfords but you take a chance on the colour mix, dealer is best place to go if they still do it
