Do 9" rims fit with standard suspension and no arch mods ?

Got the opporchancity to buy a set of 9x17 rims.

Will they fit?

Im pretty sure you need coilovers...as on standard shocks/springs,the wheels will catch them?

 

Most coilies are 2 1/4" so no catching issues...just the outer face/wheel arch to think about.
