why are bbs rs 301 so dear

i want a set of 17'' bbs rs for my c storm,but the 301's are to dear :( (WHY).Are there any other bbs rs 17'' that will fit the same with addaptors?

Youve already answered why they are so dear in the first line of your post......

They are the only 17" BBS RS with 5/100 pcd.

TOP THREE REASONS WHY BBS RS301s SO EXPENSIVE

1) They're absolutely lovely, so everybody wants them

2) They cost a lot even when they were new.

3) They didn't make many sets, and that was before they stopped making them, and that was before BBS went into Administration last year.

seem to remember a variety of other pcds being offered here in the past - some people prefer not to run adaptors though.. AND it doesn't often mean they're much cheaper :)

You can use ones from Porsches etc but they still arent cheap for the reasons that John has said...

 

They are lovely and you get what you pay for.. Im after a set myself but am expecting to pay a fortune for them..

its a shame the wheels dont drop in price when the petrol goes up, the same way they car prices do :lol:
