theres a 16v tuning guide on hear, go to the board index, near the top you will see a link saying 'knowlage base' click on that. then click on the engine bay link on the left, and their you have it, all the info you need. has anyone gone for a nissan sunny 2.0 gti?

I'd do the following...

2.0l bottom end,

4 branch exhaust mainfold,

modified exhuast cam used for inlet (extra 1mm of lift)

WUR modification,

port-matched manifold,

flowed throttle body,

DIY port and polish

The bottom 4 of those you can do yourself. The 4 branch, 2.0l bottom end and exhaust cam you could prolly find on fleabay for not a lot. You should see around 160-170 horses I reckon.

Do you have any time constraints?

wur = Warm up regulator

It's a modification to fool k-jet into increasing fuelling across the rev range. You also need to increase the mass flow of air into the engine to balance the increased fuelling.
