weetos 0 Posted March 4, 2008 Whilst my c was waiting at the local garage's car park to get its brakes bled, one of their customers kindly decided to modify my wing and bumper whilst reversing out of the garage!! (will post pics later). My question is will the drivers insurance cover it as it's on private property and i obviously don't want to claim on my insurance. Many Thanks Lee
Jim 2 Posted March 4, 2008 I'd of thought on their property, and in their care, it was their liability or at least their customers liability! Definately should not be yours!
weetos 0 Posted March 4, 2008 I'd of thought on their property, and in their care, it was their liability or at least their customers liability! Definitely should not be yours! The garage said if it was one of their employees their insurance would cover it. But as it was a customer it wouldn't. Don't want to get too nowty with garage as they are a good bunch of lads who own it.
