1.8T chipping - advice

Recommended Posts

I have got a an audi a3 1.8T with 150bhp - but am looking to get it re-mapped at some point has anyone had any experience of places that are good and reasonably priced? Preferrably within 1 hour of Southampton.

Cheers :)

Nice work matt.

How're things going?

Take a look at the forced induction 20v thread for some interesting info, and I've heard a lot of good things about JKM in Portsmouth on the remap side of things.

I got my Golf done by Chipped UK really good service and well impressed with the results.

Bought the car as 150BHP,dbw Golf with the K03s turbo.

Drove it 50 miles to get it remapped and it`s like night and day.

Completely different beast, goes ballistic on the power compared to standard.

Got a deal on the UKMKIVS Forum.

Worth every penny :) :)

My Leon was re-mapped by Custom Code. They offer a service where they come to you for no extra cost. If your car is standard, or lightly modified, then you'll only need a generic map. They're very reasonably priced too.
