dexter 0 Posted November 24, 2003 Just to let you all know that when replacing my heater matrix, the reason why there was no air flow to the windscreen was the gears (plastic cogs) on the bottom of the airflow box had broken. These move an air flow flap. The air flow can go 2 different ways To the windscreen or to the centre vents. If you have this problem you need to close off the the centre vents by sticking a screw into the pivot for the flap that blocks the centre vent or de-mister, make the flap block the centre flow.
