Jim Bowen 1 Posted April 16, 2008 extra badges = more weight = slightly slower i'm afraid.. not by much though, although badges on the side create alot of drag Karmann editions are the ones to get
VR6 0 Posted April 16, 2008 Sorry if it sounds harsh but, trust us when we say, there's no such thing. The Corrado was built nowhere near Wolfsburg. It's a big Golf thing and you can buy lots of Wolfsburg badges and things and occasionally they get stuck on Corrados. Check out the badge on the gear stick surround .... Karmann. It's where the car was built.
kelvin 0 Posted April 16, 2008 so there is no real diffrences other than the badges
Jim Bowen 1 Posted April 16, 2008 VR6 is right, its all on wikipedia too so must be true
VR6 0 Posted April 16, 2008 No difference at all .... other than some badges that someone has stuck on once it has left the factory. They may as well have stuck on a diesel badge or a GTI badge.
Sonicriot13 0 Posted April 16, 2008 Yeah dude, every Corrado was built at the Karmann factory in Osnabruck. I was just trying to wind up VR6. :D They all have a Karmann interior. None were built at Wolfsburg. People just take those Wolfsburg edition badges and stick them to Corrados. See it all the time. It's not a limited edition or anything like that. It's just a normal VR6 that someone has stuck a badge on.

Sonicriot13 0 Posted April 16, 2008 thanks for info guys no too bothered about badges am 37 now bit too late now to be a charve Too right! I once saw a Mk4 1.4 golf with a Halfords sourced V6 badge on the back. Why anyone would do that I have no idea.
