HELP G60 HIGH IDLE, OVER FUELING AND TO HOT 110C

i did my water pump and thermostat on sunday and i cant bleed the water system prperly so it keeps over heating and even with the top off the header tank the fan only cuts in at 110c and it stays at that temp i have changed both the blue and black senders also now when it gets hot it idles at 1500 rpm and also my mfa is showing 11mpg before i did the water pump it idled fine and did 22mpg witch is still low any iders wound be great as i need it working for monday cheers
