How much would this one be worth?

Just over 40,000

Full VW Service History

1 owner from new

Elderly retired gentleman has owned it from new.

Very seldom drives it as he has an MGB for the summer and his wife's TDI Golf as a daily driver.

Car is absolutely mint and original. I saw it in Sainsburys car park last week and left my details under his wiper. Turns out he lives about 1 mile away.

He's offered me a drive sometime, but isn't interested in selling at the moment.

He's recently fitted a Cat 1 Alarm to it as last year some guys broke into his house and stole the keys while he slept. Couldn't get the garage open though!

If he ever were to sell, what sort of dough would be right??

It's worth what you're prepared to pay for it ;)

Sounds excellent though. People might pay up to £10k for it but I think about £7k to £8k assuming it is absolutely mint.

Gotta agree with VR6 there. It sounds perfect, there can't be many left like that. Ask the man to log onto the forum so we can see some pics! :)

That's what I mean, some people will try and get £10k for a mint low mileage car (ok, in this example it's also a Storm).

Depends a lot on the motivation of the seller as well.

Both of those cars i would willingly give up my kidneys, liver etc. That car wouldn't last a week in the classifieds over here, people would be throwing ridiculous amounts of money at it. my friends C was on a Hyundai lot for a staggering 2 days before he leaped on it! Im just saying, take it, and don't look back!!! :D regardless of price, every corrado deserves over time at work!
