Laserline 996 Alarm - Random Disarming??

I have a Laserline 996 Alarm. Connected to the central locking and performs Total Closure on arming.

 

A few times recently, I have come out in the morning to find the car unlocked. This only seems to happen outside my house. I lock the car when it's in the car park at work too and I have never returned to find it open.

 

How does the Laserline alarm work? Does it use the same radio frequency and code everytime to arm/disarm? (Thinking someone may have grabbed the code) Or perhaps the alarm itself is faulty?

 

Thankfully, nothing has happened to the car yet as I live in a quiet area but it is only a matter of time....
