GRINGOG60 0 Posted December 4, 2003 Hi, Having my rear bumper sprayed (some idiot backed into me) and my rear quarter painted (road rage incident-someone rammed me) and my mate is spraying the car as he works in a body shop and is doing it ridiculously cheap :D ....am just wondering how easy it is to get the rear quarte window out? Do i need a special tool?

Linus Van Pelt 0 Posted December 4, 2003 AFAIK the rear quarter window is bonded/glued on in the same way as the windscreen... as such it would be an (_!_) to get off I'd expect... DtM.
Henny 0 Posted December 4, 2003 Yup, it's bonded in... When I scrapped my first C (after writing it off! ) the breakers just left the side windows and windcreen in 'cos they reckoned that they'd just break if you tried to remove 'em anyway... :?
