Paint - 1K Solvent Basecoat (Metalic)

Does anyone know of any suppliers of paint who can still get the above??

 

Seems to be almost impossible to get hold of now - preferably want a decent make too like Standox

Anywho, I can get it, in Standox too, but you would want to be really stuck seeing as I'm in Ireland :lol:

 

I'm sure if you hunt around you will find it closer to home, I know of people over here that have had solvent based paint shipped from the uk, so it must be available somewhere.

Youll find it pretty impossible to be honest. We still have a solvent paint scheme at work but certain tinters have started to run out and we cant get them anymore.

We are moving onto water based in the next month.

Think most body shops have switched to water based paints now due to changes in H&S and enviromental laws

what do you mean 1k as such? ordinary old base coat always mixed with thinner such as this

Not sure... just need some good quality non-waterbased paint - no where in Ipswich seems to have any left now
