ARP conrod bolts torque settings?

i'm in the process of rebuilding a vr6 engine. ive got sum arp bolts. am i correct in thinking these should be torqued to about 75-80nm? is there a specific pattern for doing them up or do i just work from the outside in. also ive got sum arp rod bolts was wondering what the torque settings for these are too. many thanks

Here are the torques according to autodata.....not sure of correct sequence's but i'd work from the middle out, opposing sides etc ......Someone with real knowledge will be along soon i'm sure :D
