VR6 Ignition switch... same as MK3 Golf?

Im in pretty desperate need of a a new ignition switch before I go to Germany. I'm going to the stealers tomorrow to try and get one, if they dont have any Corrado ones on the shelf (which I suspect they wont), will a golf one do the trick?
