g60 idle speed adjuster and timing setting and co adjuster

hi,have cured my running fault which after changing the cambelt and setting the cam timing which was out due to the bonehead that had last done the belt and changing the coil my car now runs fine,

my question is what is the timing setting,and also where is the idle adjustment for the tickover,also how is the co adjusted,i have noticed that on the sensor that fits in the air intake pipe(air pressure sensor,i think,has a 3 wire plug on it)there is a adjusment screw on that,

any info or pics would really help
