Has anyone ever seen these clocks?

Saw it on an advert on ebay it's a left hooker just never seen that digital bit under the tacho??

It's a VR

 

Oh well in that case it's an overdraft readout so you can see how quickly it's increasing with every prod of the throttle. Clever those germans.

hmm, its got an led for the cat too and then two more green leds next to that. wonder what those are for?

the extra display appears to be something to do with the automatic gear box, probably just a gear selection indicator.

 

Dunno what the LED is for though, maybe it stands for "Check Automatic Transmission"

 

the two to the right of it are just blanks like ours though.

That's what I thought at first but I can't seem to find any reference to anything that could check the condition of the cat or check the emissions post cat, it just seems unlikely that a catalytic converter warning light would be needed as they don't tend to go wrong very often, it may be something to do with US emissions laws though???
