Koni TA B-road settings

Recommended Posts

Ive got some Koni TA's & H&R springs for my VR and might be fitting them tomorrow.

What Im wondering is what is the best setting for a fast road driving on reasonably bumpy roads?

Also the rear plate circlip is on the middle groove, should I move this?

I've not fitted mine yet, so I haven't a clue on settings.

But you can move the circlip depending on how high you want the rear of the car.

5 circlip slots on the rear dampers from memory, you want the 3rd one up from bottom with the H&R (green I assume) springs. Perhaps make the offside 4th up from bottom to level off the natural tilt to the right due to the engine block weight. That's what I did anyway and it worked well.

Damper settings I found best for all conditions:-

Front, 1.5 turns from soft

Rear 0.5 turns from soft

Try that and see how you get on
