resizing pics

Recommended Posts

If uploading them to the forum, there's no need.

It will accept any size now (please tell me if it doesn't though?) and will create thumbnails to click on, etc.

Yes, you can use paint, or a neater program - if you use XP - is the powertoy from Microsoft:

http://download.microsoft.com/download/ ... ySetup.exe

All you need to do is install that, then just right-click on any picture file and choose 'Resize' :)

There's also websites that offer the service too, www.resizr.com is one, for example.

Don't post pictures in-line - its considered bad forum ettiquette.

On photobucket, there is an option to get the code that also gives you thumbnails - use that instead.

When you're replying to this - scroll down a little:

If you upload your picture to the forum - it will resize it, do the thumbnail, and attach it all to your post for you.

I didn't tell you to use PhotoBucket.. :)
