vrtoad 0 Posted January 24, 2009 Hello. I cant seem to find what the normal temperature for a vr6 is. I think mine mite be getting too hot. It sits at about 100 water and 100 oil when im just sitting in traffic water goes to 110 and oil goes to 110 to 118 when i start driving, even just pottering along in 5th, but it cools down again when i stop and let it idle. its got a new water pump and a recent oil cooler. Mite be normal but just seems a bit hot to me. Can anyone throw any light on the subject please?? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
