help with some engine bay parts

Hi

at the back of the engine bay their is the silver heat protection material velcro'd around the wires running at the back there.

Does anyone know a part number??

 

Also the wires themselves are held up by cables ties which screw into the bulkhead.

Can these items be bought from a dealer?
