312 carrier spacer plates not washers?

Im sure Ive seen someone on the forum who had produced some one piece 6mm spacing plates for the caliper carriers for doing the 312mm brake conversion?

If anyone knows if he was selling them or not? I have tried searching :?

I'm sure you're right. The spacer and bolts always seem to be the hard to source parts. I'm sure someone able to offer these would do well.
