Heat shield in rear bumper same on G60 and VR6?

Anyone know if the heat shield in the rear bumper (the metal plate covering half of the bumper) is same on a G60 as on the VR6?.

 

Also anyone got any idea if the stealers still have them, and a rough price?.,...

 

mine is rusted to pieces.....;)
