ashley555 0 Posted May 7, 2009 Thought about time put some pics and info up. Sold my golf mk2 20vt as decided needed something more sensible, somehow ended up with a vr  93 Dark Burg pearl, 178,000 on the clock and as she left the factory. Did a deal with the mrs that if i brought another vw id keep it standard. Couldnt resit so its began all over again (now single). ap coilovers, various tweaks, rims and 5k of happy motoring. Realise might not be everyones cup of tea but its not their car. Will update and add decent photos when get the chance
junkie 0 Posted May 7, 2009 Most will love that on here, i dont like the huge aerial though. Rest looks sweet, who needs a Mrs  Corrado love all the way, just search for that on here and ye shall understand.
Leonard 0 Posted May 7, 2009 Love it looks good mate. Ditto about the aerial tho. Plus those 'blue' repeaters look a little out of place :confused4: Any further plans? Matt

KADVR6 0 Posted May 7, 2009 nice alloys what are they exactly?
KADVR6 0 Posted May 7, 2009 i thought the face on 301's was flatter than these?
junkie 0 Posted May 7, 2009 Cant comment on that but the dish goes into the arch then out if that makes sense as when you widen them you loose the going in bit and its just flat from the bolts then out and they look original not been polished and all. Something looks different though your right there.
carter711 0 Posted May 8, 2009 Awesome looking car! How do you find the AP coileys? I have been tempted by these but have persuaded myself to save up the extra and go for Weitecs. Your views on the APs would be much appreciated!
ashley555 0 Posted May 8, 2009 cheers for the comments. Still work to be done such as the aerial and repeaters (ordered tinted and blue arrived!). rims are jap spec genuine split rims (v.light) similar in style to RS's. 16 x 8 all round with H&R adaptors, wider at the back. Love the AP's, KW quality at fk prices.
