lockdown 0 Posted June 28, 2009 Could find much info with the search function. Since I've owned the 'rado the MFA has never displayed the oil temp. How do I go about sorting this? Thought I would get all the little things sorted while I'm waiting for parts :D Thanks
nocrap 0 Posted June 29, 2009 Doesn't give you the option or displays nothing when you go to that setting? if it's not giving a readout i'd assume that there is some sore or cabling fault or the sensor has completely had it. Check for unplugged wires first

davidwort 0 Posted June 29, 2009 Oil pressure? yep the two oil pressure switches on a KR 1.8 and the two switches plus a third plugged drilling on a 9A 2L, handy if you want to run a separate VDO oil temperature gauge too as you can fit another temp sensor there. davidwort 0 Posted June 29, 2009 just a thought, a loose, corroded or missing earth strap from the corner of the head to the ignition coil can screw the temp reading on a 16v
