Noticed today that my off side wing on my VR has started to bubble, is there any products or methods that can stop it from expanding?

Hello,

 

Only real way to cure it is sand all the rust out until you get to bare metal and then treat it with a product that will allow you to paint over the top, Halfords have a selection of stuff on the shelf.
