UPDATE: Parts needed for clutch change etc?

Recommended Posts

if i just do the clutch for now is there much else worth doing while i'm there (ignoring any engine internals/chains)

i'm thinking

-main water pump

-engine/gearbox mounts

-clutch

and almost tempted to remove aircon, or get it working

get the aircon working 3corsa - if you have leather its vital when it gets hot!

Chains upper & lower, guides (there are two), chein tensioner (might still be ok), rocker cover gasket, exhaust gasket, inlet manifold gasket, get some RTV silicone for the gearcase side covers and rocker cover (i didnt apply any rtv to the rocker cover gasket and it leaks a little bit)

Good luck, its not actually too hard. Also, use the guide in teh Wiki - i've got some pics that i can send you if that helps, plus i have some in my thread called 'tapping noise'
