boot and wing gap

Ive noticed this on my rado, pics are coming, taking a while to bucket them

 

the gap when the boot is down???

Got the same on mine. :(

 

Always wondered if it had been smacked up the tradesmans entrance at some point? :shrug:

same on mine too. just seems to be one of those gaps.....bumpers wind me up a treat!

There are adjustable rubber stops on the underside of the tailgate, you can also get some adjustment out of the lock position using the allen head bolts (car side)

one side looks worse than the other, Ive not looked properly on the inside. Think it might cause a bit of outside/road noise? I got a little outside noise from the back on the one side :shrug:

Yes if the rear hatch is not pressed flush against the boot rubber then you will get noise.
