Poor service from INPRO headlights

has anyone else had dealings directly with the uk Inpro when ordering?

I ordered a set of black angel eyes on the 30th of last month, the money has been withdrawn from my account. I received an email saying that they were out of stock and would i be ok to wait. Two weeks has passed, and nothing, no emails, or information. Ive sent two emails, the first a polite and the second a little less polite, and NOTHING! Theres no contact details other than email, and im going mad at this poor service!

Am I alone, or has anyone else had bad dealings???

I guess you didn't pay by credit card, I always do, as it makes applying pressure to sellers easier.

cheers mate, I did indeed actually, and have it come through on my last statement, any advice on how i could apply more pressure?

Mystery solved....apparently the guy was moving premises, and had no net connection....still havent received my headlights though!:(

 

He could have told you that though... keep you in the know.
