What wheels are these?

Any idea on specs? Unless anyone knows the owner so I can go find their build thread.

Would 'anniversary' mean that they are hard to get and expensive?

From a mk3 yes, from a mk4 no, Come up on ebay sometimes in need of re-furb quite cheap. AFAIK the mk4 version were a bit wider and were replaced with the bbs rc's on the later anniversaries.

yup enzo cups, i bought those wheels off phil k a few years ago, and now my bro has them on his rado :)

How wide are they in 16'' 5stud form mate???

MK3 GTI Anniversary BBS RX2's are 7x16 and come with 215/40/16 tyres (standard).

 

MK4 BBS RX2's (usually found on boras) are 6.5x16 and will have chunkier 205/55/16 tyres on standard IIRC.

 

The MK4 ones are generally easy to get hold of, the proper MK3 anniversary ones are quite rare.
