Kevin Bacon 5 Posted February 10, 2010 Being geeky, the OBD2 heads are slightly different internally. They have a bigger oil return cavity (under the chain gear) and some have an EGR port on the front. All 12V heads are interchangable though so 2.9 and 2.8 heads and blocks 'n' things can all be swapped around no probs. Apparently the 2.9 cams have slightly more duration than the 2.8's, so make sure you keep the Corrado ones. Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
