I've just replaced all of my suspension (except springs), ie dampers, various bushes, wishbones, top mounts, bump stops, the whole shebang :lol:

I'd just like to rekindle this thread briefly. I have used AVS for two large orders in the last year (£500+). Both times I contacted Andy at AVS before placing the order and asked him if he could do anything regarding the price with them being fairly large orders and both times he has worked wonders and reduced the overall price by almost £100!

 

He offers really good service and in this day and age it really is nice to speak to someone who is obviously knowledgable, enthusiastic and willing help other enthusiasts. He's saved me plenty of money and all of the parts he's supplied are of OEM quality so its a win-win situation all round.

 

I can't recommend AVS enough, so a big thumbs up to them from me :D

Used them a few times for the odd bits and pieces and always had good service. A company who seem to understand good customer service is still a refreshing shock in this day and age!

I think most people on here know about AVS, they're a good company. I know I have spent hundreds with them already!

I've bought quite a range of parts from them, good service but some of their stuff is of dubious quality, had a header thank from them that I binned it was so bad, neither cap or return pipe would fit! bought one from GSF that was much better in the end.

Most of the FEBI stuff is OK, but it's not all up to VW quality.
