Quick brake question

Had a good root through the search but there's only info regarding the Ibiza Cupra R 4x100 setup.

 

What I need to know is whether a 288mm setup (carriers, calipers, disks and pads) from a 57 plate Ibiza will fit the VR?

 

Been told the disks are 5x100, but will the carriers/calipers be a direct fit?
