i got told 3 hours as its the first charge BUT nothing indicates that its charged light doesnt go out or anything

cant get to grips with mine at all.

 

card does not even go in prop :mad2:

 

Turn it upside down so the clip part is facing up then push it right in with your finger nail

How long have you all got the battery to last for?

 

Mine seemed to last an hour, it recorded 2x 30minute files, and there was a 3rd file but it was 0bytes and nothing after that?

yeah, i've found all that a bit of a mystery too, seems to split the video up, i was told about 2hrs of video is about right.

 

what size memory card have you used?

Thats what I was informed aswell, that 2hours should be about right.

 

I use a 16Gb card which is recognises right away without any problems.

 

Each half hour vid was around the 2.6Gb mark.

has anyone tried any night time footage with these? I've just ordered one.

 

now you're hoping... :)

 

saw toads video on youtube though, looked really good and that was lower than the original resolution.

in theory could these be used as insurance proof, e.g. if someone pulled out on you or reversed into you?

Just taken mine out for a little spin - well impressed with the results!!

 

Anyone know a way of downsizing or editing videos for free? I don't think Windows Media Player has the functions..? (taking FOREVER to upload)

if you don't like or have Windows movie maker (used to come free with windows XP) then you could try http://www.cinefx.org/
