Front splitter attachment

Recommended Posts

Hi got my 90mm splitter, now I just want to attach it. Found some information from a previous post but don't know where to get the parts, couldn't find anything on google, if someone could point me in the location of a website I would appreciate it. The parts were:

5 x N 015 946 1 Hex Head Panel Screw (A6 5x19)

5 x N 101 473 01 Snap nut (ST6 3x24.5x16)

5 x N 904 338 01 Fitted bolt self locking (B6,3x30)

Or if anyone else has an idea how to fasten them?

Cheers!

Dan

If youve got the 50mm one on at present all the fixings are the same for both splitters.

5x 10mm headed bolts aloong the centre section which thread into the straight alloy plate.

Then 4 or 6 self tapping screws and retainer clips on the edges/corners.

do a google search for www.vagcat.com register then use the catalog to search for the part no.s

I purchased the Hex Head Panel Screws from VW but they seem to short as they wont even screw in with the splitter not attached.

Are these the right ones?

They look right - there should be 2 either side into speed nuts and then you have the 5 funny looking shouldered bolts that go through into the metal support.

I see, I was trying to use these as the main fixings along the front!

So I guess I need the rest of the items on the list in the first post.
