Budget Coilovers

if its not worth the £200 on a budget set as the ride is not too good, then what do people favour as the best value for money set? for when your on a budget but cant afford the top of the range but would rather stump a bit more than the ebay jobbies?

 

Weitecs are brilliant for the money in my opinion...pricings not too shabby either when you consider theyre owned by KW & probably use a lot of the same parts, Ive had em on a few cars now & thought the ride/handling was firm but also plush/comfortable

£350 for AP's is the best value mid-range coilover by a mile.

Really I have been here before and went through 3 different set of springs and coilovers (good quality ones too) before I found a set I was happy with.

 

LOL, me too. Think I'm on my 5th setup in 7 years!

 

I am incredibly fussy with handling and ride quality though.....

i heard some bad words on the FK's - think it was in a review section. Dude said they were a nightmare and had them off in less then 2 weeks....

 

I'll be updating this post with my review on V-Maxx coilovers once their fitted :confused4:
