Sun Roof, headlinning and stuck!

The sun roof was dragging the lining of so i removed it, then the sunroof wouldnt fully close(1cm) so gave it a little push while holding button and it shut. now it will only go up and down slighty before stopping. what have i done ???

 

 

*how do i get to everything? remove cover.... how?

dont no what to do, i have been playing with it for ages and i will break something soon

When you say removed it. Do you mean the complete sunroof ?

 

Sounds like the best solution would be to remove the complete unit. Remove the motor from the sunroof and ensure it's at the closed position. Ensure all the linkage is pushed forward at the closed position and put it all back in.

 

Sounds like a massive undertaking but should only take a couple of hours end to end.
