starting problem

new to this site. well i have a rado that was a g60 scraped that and dropped in a 12v vr obd 2. I know my way around a diagram I have both bentley corrados and mk3s but looking for relay # 16 fuel pump after run control unit ?. Ive changed ecu,mas air flow ,relay#12 fuel pump,relay#3 ECU,SLC fuel tank and fuel pump. she will start with no problems. but if I shut her off and wait about ten minuts or more i have no pump prime no spark nothing but will crank till battery dies.ok if I spray a little not much off starter fluide starts wright up with no problems. like there is no prime ? can it be a engine rpm sensor? all parts are new except fuel tank and i deleted the secondery fuel pump this car came with two pumps one in tank the pick up pump and the sender under car on right side please help sorry for all the run on questions and my spelling need this car done for waterfest

vag-com , check fault codes, are you losing spark or fuel?

 

could be many things. try swaping the fuel pump relay/ecu reay with a known good one and re-try.

sorry i did not explaine I swaped #12 and #3 relays fuel pump and ECU.with good relays that i took out off my 98 gti that has no problems for now ha.I bought a new fuel pump,two good ECUs replaced the maf and still after warm up fans come on i shut her down and no start anyone please help

If I read that right, it will start from cold but not hot?

 

Have you checked for fault codes with vagcom? I would at first suspect the blue temp sensor at fault, but could be a host of other stuff as well
