If you're based over here we get tax-free fuel coupons, the 'highest' petrol ones are Super Plus which can be exchanged for fuel up to 100 RON at Aral/Shell etc. I've used Aral 102 before and you just pay the difference between the Super Plus coupons you've bought and the price of the Aral 102 stuff.
