carrots 1 Posted October 6, 2010 my car started fine when i jumping in it last nite,went up to the girlfriends.came out of her house about an hour later and it started fine.tried to start it about 40 mins later and it was just click .i thought it mite of been a stuck starter so rocked it in gear,still click.then it started after a few more clicks.it done the same this time last year.i am wondering if its getting damp in side and rusting up the solinod when the engine gets warm.its a 1.8 16v and i didnt change the starter last year.
